For $___800___, the seller agrees to sell and the buyer agrees to purchase a female________,

male ________ puppy from the litter described above subject to the following terms.

1. Seller warrants that the puppy is a purebred Labrador Retriever registerable with the                      American Kennel Club (AKC).  The puppy is of  pet quality  and is NOT to be used for

   breeding.  Limited registration papers have______have not________been provided to the              Buyer as of the date of the completed purchase, together with a true copy of its pedigree. 

2. The puppy must carry the Grimaldi kennel name. 

3. In order to establish a healthy immune system, our puppies have been started on NuVet Plus         nutritional supplement.  Due to the variety of different quality dog foods available we

   require that all puppies sold be kept on NuVet Plus.  This can only be purchased through                breeder or veterinary referral.  1-800-474-7044 with order code #15006.

4. Seller warrants that the puppy is in good health at the time Buyer assumes ownership. Buyer        agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within one (1) week of receipt         of puppy.  If, as a result of the examination, the Veterinarian determines that the puppy is not         in good health then the Buyer shall elect to keep the puppy or return the puppy to the Seller          for a refund.  If the buyer elects to return the puppy, Buyer shall immediately return the                   puppy at Buyer’s expense.  If the buyer elects to keep the puppy, the seller is NOT

  obligated to pay for any veterinary treatment.

5. If said puppy develops hip dysplasia or eye problems within 26 months from date of birth, the         Buyer shall provide copies of the OFA or CERF report to Seller along with proof of spay  or             neuter from a veterinarian. Seller will allow for $    400         of credit to be applied  to another         puppy from Grimaldi Labradors.  Buyer is not required to return the dog to Seller.

6. Ownership of the puppy will be transferred to the Buyer for the sale price of $__800___ to               be paid as follows: $____200______deposit on execution of the Agreement with the balance           of $___600___ to be paid on or before the puppy leaves the Seller’s premises. If the balance          is not paid by ________________________, this Agreement shall be cancelled and the Buyer            forfeits the deposit given hereunder.

7. Buyer agrees that if it becomes necessary to sell or otherwise dispose of this puppy, Seller            will be notified before taking such action so that the puppy may, at the Sellers' option, be

   re- purchased.                                                                                                                                                          

If the Buyer breaches any part of this Agreement,  the Seller is released from any obligations.
